Welcome to the ArtPro Nail UK Limited Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) together with our Privacy Policy govern your use of the ArtPro Nail UK Limited website (www.art-pronail.co.uk) and your relationship with ArtPro Nail UK Limited (“we” or “us”) and set out the legal terms and conditions on which we sell any of our products to you.

Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law. By using this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the www.art-pronail.co.uk website.

When you place an order for a product(s) in any of the ways described above, you are offering to buy it for the price stated, subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.

When you place your order online, we will send you an email acknowledgement. This email confirmation will be produced automatically and include confirmation of your order details. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your order; all orders are subject to availability. Once we have sent the confirmation email, we will check availability and if the product(s) is not available, we will contact you by email and will not process your order.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We aim to keep www.art-pronail.co.uk as up-to-date as possible but cannot guarantee that particular Products will always be available. Goods are subject to availability and all offers are available while stocks last. If an item you have ordered is unavailable, we shall notify you as soon as possible. If you have already paid for the product(s), we will refund you the full amount.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

All measurements are approximate, however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible.

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered on to the system. We reserve the right to refuse and/or cancel orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Listed prices are exclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate. This charge will be added at the Checkout.

We continually update our online store. From time-to-time our retail division may run local promotions (which may not be available on our website) or we may offer special discounts online that are not available through our retail partners. PRICE & PAYMENT OPTIONS

Orders may be processed online, or by telephone, using a credit or debit card. We accept Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Maestro, MasterCard, Solo and PayPal.

The price for each product on www.art-pronail.co.uk is shown in UK sterling and is exclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate. This VAT charge will be added at the Checkout.

You will be notified of the delivery costs automatically before you submit your credit or debit card details, or proceed to pay with your PayPal balance, and any delivery charges will be added at the Checkout. Payment for the products and any delivery charges is taken in advance of dispatch. Your credit card, debit card or PayPal balance is charged when your order is placed. Please refer to the relevant section, Shopping With ArtPro Nail UK Limited, within these Terms, for more information on refund payments for cancelled orders.

Credit Card Validation:

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not for any reason, authorise payment then you will be notified of this immediately at the Checkout stage.

In assessing your request for goods or services, we may use your information for the purposes of the prevention and detection of fraud. One of the purposes for which we may disclose your address and postcode details is to check against the IMRG Security Alert or any other Fraud Protection Scheme. At all times where we disclose your information, it will remain secure. If you believe your details are incorrect you may correct those details by following the procedure set out in our Privacy Policy.

Purchasing with Finance:

In conjunction with our Partner, Gable Asset Finance, we are pleased to offer customers the option to purchase ArtPro Digital Nail Art Printers with equipment lease finance, spreading the cost of purchase over an agreed fixed term.

Third parties that we link to will have their own separate and independent Terms and Conditions. The provision of a link to such a website does not mean that we endorse their Terms; we encourage you to review these policies when you visit their sites. These Terms only cover ArtPro Nail UK and does not cover any other website. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites.

Financed purchases are subject to the condition that the complimentary 1-year limited warranty included with the purchase of a printer is extended, at cost to you, to cover the duration of the fixed term payments.

Information for Overseas Customers:

Please note that the recipient of any products shipped outside the European Union may also have to pay import duty or other taxes, fees and charges applied by customs or other authorities in the country of receipt. If you are unsure about whether these charges might apply to your order, you should contact your local tax or customs authorities.

The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer’s credit or debit card company. Customers outside the United Kingdom will also be liable for any customs/import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, therefore you are advised to check the latest applicable local requirement in your country before placing an order.

DELIVERY & CHARGES

The packing and delivery charges are clearly displayed at the checkout for your approval prior to confirming your order.

Orders placed after 3pm during the weeks or at weekends (including Bank Holidays) are processed and/or dispatched the following working day.

We currently offer two delivery options: Standard Delivery and Next Day Delivery.

Standard Delivery:

We aim to deliver all mainland UK standard orders in four working days. However, sometimes during sale periods or other busy periods, deliveries may take longer. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Islands, and AB postcodes will take longer to arrive. We aim to deliver standard orders within seven working days. During busy periods, please allow up to ten working days.

We aim to deliver all mainland UK standard orders in the timescale shown in the below table. However sometimes during sale periods or other busy periods, deliveries may take longer.   1. By taking advantage of the Free Delivery offer (the “Promotion”) you agree to these terms and conditions.
  2. The promotion entitles UK customers to free standard delivery within the UK on all orders of £75.00 or over made in a single transaction online at www.art-pronail.co.uk
  3. ArtPro Nail UK reserves the right to (i) cancel this Promotion, (ii) refuse to allow any individual to participate in the Promotion, and (iii) amend these terms and conditions (and will use reasonable endeavours to notify changes to all customers).
  4. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English court in the event of a dispute.

A signature is requested on delivery for both standard and next day deliveries.

We are unable to change your delivery address once an order has been despatched.

Unfortunately, at this time, we do not ship to the Channel Islands and BFPO addresses.

Please allow an extra working day for deliveries over UK Bank Holidays.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We believe that you will be thrilled with the products that your purchase from ArtPro Nail, but we understand that there may be an occasion where you feel it necessary to return an item. As part of our commitment to Customer Service, we aim to keep these instances to a minimum and the process as simple as possible

Unwanted Goods:

As a consumer you have a legal right to cancel a contract during the period set out below. This means that during the relevant period if you change your mind or for any other reason decide you do not want to keep a product, you can notify us of your decision to cancel the contract between us and receive a refund. Please note that this only applies to unopened and unused products. Advice about your legal rights to cancel the contract is available from your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.

Your legal right to cancel the contract between us starts from the date we send you a dispatch confirmation, which is when the contract between us is formed. If the products have already been delivered to you, you have a period of seven (7) working days in which you may cancel, starting from the day after the day you receive the products. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not included in this period.

If you choose to cancel the contract, we will refund you any money (including delivery charges) which you have paid us for that product. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible, and in any event within 30 calendar days of the day on which you gave us notice of cancellation. All you pay for is the return postage (preferably using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery) of the goods. In any case, and for the avoidance of any doubt, please retain proof of postage for all returns.

Faulty/Incorrect Goods:

As a consumer you have legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office. Nothing in these Terms will affect those legal rights.

In the event of you returning goods to us, we will also pay you the reasonable cost of the return postage.

To enable us to deal with your return as efficiently as possible, you will need to detail the returns code on any correspondence relating to the return procedure, include the package of returned goods. We ask that you send the items back to us via Royal Mail First Class (recorded) post and include a proof of postage from the Post Office so that we can refund you for your return postage costs.

Returning Goods Bought As Special Offers:

If you return a single item bought as part of a multi-buy discount offer (for example, ‘Buy 2 for £20.00’) you will be refunded the full price of that item less the total discount given in the offer. If you return all items purchased with the multi-buy discount you will be refunded with the full multi-buy value.

For combination purchases (‘Buy one get one free’ or ‘Get the lowest priced item free’) you must return any free items or vouchers back for us to process a refund.
